we first launched the TRLCap in 2015 and it returns here completely re-engineered. for the new fit, we purposefully designed a higher crown for more air circulation, leading to faster cooling. a SOFTcurved brim brings pre curved comfort and packability, while our fit-focused FLEXweave woven fabric brings UPF protection and a clean, modern look. we've engineered a new liner with an integrated headband for reduced fabric consumption, in a lightweight COOLmatic | PLUS PROPHORmeshâ„¢ for structure, ventilation, and anti odour. our ZIPmesh is found on the back panels, breathable but structured and tear resistant. the One Hundred logo is found front and centre in a reflective print.
